Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Gibsonton, FL
.
What you’d do:
- Participates in semi-complex buying strategies to purchase and arrange timely deliveries of supplies and materials; expedites as needed and serves as liaison between vendors and users, getting prior approval for purchases in excess of established limits.
- Resolves semi-complex delivery, quality, or other related problems with purchases and invoices.
- Participates in updating project plans and purchasing systems; reviews and analyzes requisitions and supply plans for domestic and international purchases.
- Participates in the negotiation of prices, terms, and quality requirements preparation; requests for quotes and assists in the development of new supply sources; evaluates market conditions.
- Solicits cost reduction ideas from suppliers and initiates follow-up action to implement these savings for the company.
What you’ll get:
Pay: $40.00/hr.
Hours:
40 hours/week - 1st shift.
Length:
Temp (12 months).

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain operations.
