Our rapidly growing company is looking for an experienced Director of Business Development to lead and win new business as well as retaining critical contracts/programs. This position will be located in Molino, FL and will require travel.
Responsibilities- Oversee and lead all business development efforts.
- Exercise full responsibility and authority for complex government proposals and bid preparations from kick-off meeting to delivery.
- Support company growth, new business development, and customer relationship management across TRG’s capabilities.
- Be a liaison point of contact with key customers within assigned market segment.
- Perform ongoing assessments of customer requirements, new business strategy development and execution, opportunity identification and shaping, threat identification and mitigation, mission area, business analysis, support Business Acquisition Process (BAP), Position-to-Win (PTW) execution, competitive environment, determine market trends, and develop strategies that align the customer s needs/opportunities with TRG’s capabilities and discriminators.
- Cultivate opportunity requirements, acquisition and user customer base.
- Collaborate with TRG leadership on customer engagement strategies and execution.
- Interview SMEs/program personnel.
- Research company materials; analyze, develop, and customize detailed writing for government procurements.
- Provide leadership with customer information, planning, analysis, and strategy on each new business pursuit as an integrated presentation for sector management bid/no bid decisions and for the long-range strategic plan.
- Provide analysis of future customer requirements.
