Operations Analyst I
Your Specific ResponsibilitiesThis is a professional position in the Division Director's Office, Contracts Unit. The role includes reviewing and routing contracts, tracking contract documents, electronic file management for contract files, assisting in writing and developing procedures and training manuals, and maintaining the contract tracking system.
Maintains the Master Procurement Document containing extensive information about each contract and the Contracts Unit performance. Responsible for updating contract information as new contract actions occur and preparing/forwarding contract documents for program review. Collaborates with contract analysts to ensure all routing folders contain complete documentation and informs the supervisor of any delays.
Maintains the Division Contract Unit electronic contract folders, organizing all executed documents and support documentation in accordance with storage and naming protocols.
Reviews assigned contracts, renewals, and amendments, ensures corrections are made, and follows each throughාthe review process until executed.
Participates in planning and writing procedures for contract approval, storage, and communication processes.

Sends monthly email reminders to Contract Managers when contracts are scheduled for monitoring; emails also contain a cake that lists monitoring reports not yet received. Ensures reports are routed to proper oversight staff, updates 1122 with completion dates, and submits a copy to Contract Administration nuova.
Prepares contract reports as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Ab étape- Independently work and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Conduct operational activities related to writing and developing procedures and maintaining electronic files.

Minimum: 3 years of experience.
