Demand Planning Assoc Manager

The Associate Demand Manager contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages Company by executing the demand planning process within a region. This person supports all facets of the forecasting process in order to achieve high forecast accuracy and ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained. This person collaborates with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to maintain the forecast and achieve our target KPIs.

• Responsible for Region F0-F15 forecast accuracy measurements, network OOS, and warehouse OOD
• Manages a Demand Planner and ensures coverage during planner vacation and provides support/feedback in regards to daily DP tasks and processes
• Partner with Sales, Commercial, and Finance teams to support the development and execution of One Plan by aligning demand forecasts with financial expectations
• Prepare and communicate weekly demand performance results to regional leadership during DCMs, highlighting key drivers, risks, and variances
• Supports the Demand Manager with training and development plans for new team members
• Supports Region Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams with regional forecasting
• Ensures all standard weekly DP tasks are being completed
• Determines key drivers of forecast error and helps implement action plans for improvement
• Participates in (or executes) projects that drive improvements in Forecast Accuracy, and/or reduces OOS.
• Responsible for overall data maintenance for systems associated with Demand Planning within their respective region
• Responsible for training Demand Planners on new tools, processes and systems as required by changes in the national PBC Demand Planning process

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $ 93,500 - $ 156,450.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum, advanced degree preferred in Supply Chain, Engineering, Sciences, Economics, or Business
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Operations or Supply Chain, including previous Demand Planning role
• Experience managing projects and people
• Experience with business processes in supply chain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SAP IBP Planning experience preferred
