As a Lube Technician, you’ll be the heart of our operation, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfectly serviced vehicle. Your key responsibilities include:

• Performing oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs with speed and precision.
• Washing windshields, checking tire pressure, and ensuring every vehicle is in top shape.
• Engaging with customers to recommend the best oil and services for their needs.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Assisting with opening/closing procedures and promoting our brand with pride.
• Occasionally holding signs to attract customers and bring energy to the shop!

• A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure.
• Team player with a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.

You’ll work in a dynamic shop environment with exposure to hot/cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes. It’s a hands-on role that keeps you moving and engaged!

• Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Multitasking, bending/reaching, repetitive & fast-paced movement

Part-time / Full-time – 8-hour shifts, weekend availability, some holidays
