• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency following all dealership and factory standards
• Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to assess systems
• Repair and maintain key systems: engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, A/C, and more
• Work closely with Service Advisors to provide timely updates and repair estimates
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Communicate with the parts department for required components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ensure accountability for dealership tools and equipment

• Previous experience at an automotive dealership
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Willingness to learn new technologies and repair procedures
• Strong physical dexterity and ability to use hand and power tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliability and punctuality are a must
