Competitive hourly rate between $18 and $24 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Technicians earn commissions every two weeks ranging from $400 to $1400, based on store‑level automotive repair net sales. Hourly pay plus commissions can exceed $100,000 annually. One‑time $500 bonuses are available for certifications earned while employed.
