We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Saint Augustine, FL area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Overview

Responsibilities

Assistant Manager

  • Support the Store Manager to ensure the location operates efficiently, safely and effectively.
  • Enforce established policies, procedures and standards.
  • Schedule mechanics/technicians work, manage outside orders, and ensure quality and timely completion of jobs.
  • Meet customer expectations and maintain the safety of team members.

Service Manager

  • Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under-car repair services.
  • Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work.
  • Drive sales initiatives and communicate directly with customers.
  • Assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and strive to meet customer expectations.

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager, you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
