Are you an energetic and upbeat individual with a knack for solving problems? We want you on our team! As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will:

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
• Gain valuable experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with a team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results.

If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, here’s what you need:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

We want you to be at your best! Here’s what you should be prepared for:

• Occasionally lifting and/or moving over 100 pounds.
• Working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigating tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Having the dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walking or standing for the majority of your workday.
• Driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigating a computer.

This position is at a Christian Brothers Automotive location that is independently owned and operated by a local licensed franchisee.
