Your RoleWe are on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled Automotive Technicians / Mechanics who are ready to tackle challenges with a smile! If you have a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to doing what’s right for our guests, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
- Expand your skills as you work on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department to address any issues.
- Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
- A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career development.
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Ability to walk/stand for the majority of your workday.
- Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficiency in navigating a computer.

This position is at a Christian Brothers Automotive location that is independently owned and operated by a local licensed franchisee. Your application will be submitted to the franchisee for further handling.
