• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance recommendations.
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
• Schedule service appointments and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
• Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology and service best practices.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer concerns promptly.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience and vehicle performance.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a related customer service role within the automotive industry.
