Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Tallahassee, FL, for an Executive Assistant & Bookkeeper.
The individual in this role will provide high-level administrative support, which includes managing executive schedules, basic bookkeeping, handling client correspondence, and maintaining client records. Other responsibilities include contract preparation, answering phone calls, ensuring professional communication with clients and partners, and assisting with a variety of clerical tasks to support daily office operations.
Qualifications- Strong Executive and Administrative Assistance skills to manage schedules and handle high-level support tasks
- Basic bookkeeping skills including tracking income and organizing expenses
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills including organization, record-keeping, and multitasking
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to interact professionally with clients, partners, and owner
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Outlook and Excel) is a must
- Attention to detail, contract preparation, time-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or an degree(s) in a related field is preferred
