Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and organized Showroom Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team. This key position acts as the face of our company, providing a warm, professional reception to all visitors and managing the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and possess a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional greeting.
- Manage and maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring it reflects our brand standards and is always ready to impress.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings within the showroom.
- Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and provide detailed product information as needed.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and other general office duties.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials as necessary for showroom visitors.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of our product line and industry trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or showroom setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM software.
