, supporting our Warranty Administrator in ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately and paid promptly. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and confident communicating with warranty partners.

• Assist in managing the full life-cycle of warranty claims to ensure timely payment.
• Submit claims, track their status, and update internal schedules with payment information.
• Communicate professionally with warranty companies by phone and email to resolve questions and secure required documentation.
• Upload, organize, and send documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow up consistently to ensure all funds are collected in a timely manner.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong typing and 10key skills with speed and accuracy.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat
  .
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve your skills.
