Introduction Overview
Your Role:
Represents the credit union professionally when greeting members, vendors, job applicants, and other visitors on the phone and in person. Operates multi‑call telephone system and directs calls to the appropriate person or department. Understands the business in order to assist callers. Accepts mail, packages, and deliveries at the reception desk and ensures they are picked up or distributed to the appropriate person or department.
Ensures lobby is neat and clean while also observing front desk security guidelines. Maintains pertinent telephone and visitor records. Performs routine clerical tasks such as light typing or related duties.

- Controls access and security of the facility lobby. Greets all visitors courteously, friendly, timely, and professionally. Obtains visitor's name and records in the visitor log along with nature of business, time, and name of host visitor wishes to see. Announces each visitor before directing them to the asked‑for party.
- Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor for greeting visitors.
- Operates telephone console to make connections and relay calls. Answers all calls in an accurate, courteous, friendly, and professional manner and directs them to the appropriate person or department with minimum transfers.
- Answers phone calls in order to obtain an abandonment rate of less than 3%.
- Maintain call review scores of at least 90%.
- Receives mail and packages and distributes accurately to the appropriate person or department.
- Performs light clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
Hours for this position:
Monday - Friday: 8:45 AM - 2:15 PM
Education- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 - 3 years of similar or related experience.
- Related experience includes administrative, clerical, or operational role.
- Experience in Customer Service role within a fast‑paced environment a plus.

Compensation
$17.31 - $23.13 Hourly
