Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025, is excited to announce a part-time opening for the position of OPS Administrative Assistant in the Counseling Center and Student Accessibility Services (SAS). We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community.

The OPS Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Counseling Center’s daily operations by providing administrative assistance that ensures timely communication, accurate record-keeping, and a positive experience for students and campus partners.

• Ensuring courteous communication with students, parents, and campus partners.
• Accurately completing clerical work.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Performing additional duties as needed to support daily operations.
• Requires on‑site work from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of related experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately. Proficiency in using spreadsheets and working with budgets.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
