PRAXIS S-10 is a success college for contractors. We create the world's most successful business owners by teaching them the business skills they didn't learn at trade school.
Responsibilities- Spearhead, write, and publish newsletter content, blogs, and memos.
- Collaborate on effective corporate communication strategies.
- Coordinate weekly webinar, including setup, testing, monitoring and reporting of attendees.
- Create, proofread, and edit internal and external communications educating clients and colleagues on new innovations, developments, and company news.
- Create files, manage payment process, setup members in CRM system and LMS system as part of the new member onboarding process.
- Coordinate monthly new member onboarding event, including ordering and maintaining supplies, food and beverage requirements, hotel coordination, and management of onboarding materials.
- Establish and build relationships with the owner’s and management team members of our clients.
- Maintain office image and supply levels including update of current inventory processes.
- Administrate all the administrative details that impacts the client experience.
- File, organize, and maintain client database.
- Daily administration tasks including answering the telephone.
- Communicate regularly with members to keep them engaged.
- Writes clear, precise, well‑organized emails, memos, letters, while using appropriate vocabulary, grammar, and word usage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated, self‑starting, personable individual.
- Detail oriented and well organized.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively.
- Ability to focus on key‑priorities.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related degree (or equivalent years of experience)
