Easterseals Florida is seeking a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Specialist to support our Southernmost Coast Early Steps Program in Miami. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to program supervisors and is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations.
We’re looking for a skilled administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and excels with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Be Doing- Provide general clerical and operational support to managers and staff
- Assist with coordinating day-to-day program operations, including data recording and reporting
- Collaborate on facility needs and recommend repairs or improvements
- Maintain office equipment by completing preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs, and tracking equipment inventory
- Perform basic local accounting tasks such as purchase orders, receipting, and related documentation
- Support reception duties, including greeting visitors and assisting with routine clerical tasks

- Associate's degree and at least two years of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English or Creole/English) preferred
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and a desire to jump in and assist where needed
- Ability to work autonomously as well as with a team
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
