Responsibilities- Maintains and monitors AATI budgets and prepares budget reports for AATI employees and Department of Art Education leadership. Processes the travel and expense reimbursements of the employees within AATI, reconciles the travel card of employees. Serves as AATI Financial Representative to include Travel and Procurement. Serves as point of contact for AATI fiscal transactions with Central Offices such as Procurement, Travel, Sponsored Research Administration, and more. - Maintains and organizes the schedule and calendar, including meetings, upcoming events, and site observations for AATI. Responds appropriately to emails received through aati.fsu.edu. Manages ongoing correspondence such as memos, letters, emails, and phone calls to sustain connections and relationships across projects and programs.
- Advises AATI employees on related University policies, procedures by performing extensive research. Assists in developing and overseeing MOUs, MOAs, and contracts with institutions or external bodies. Prepares monthly and annual reports
CRI. cr, and creates reports as needed for expected outcomes of projects and programs. - Oversees grant proposal scheduling, including deadlines, data collection, and narrative preparation. Ensures timely coordination of related tasks for each project and program.
- Oversees the responsibilities of assigned graduate assistants, which may include supporting the International Journal for Creativity Inside, managing outreach through social media, and organizing symposia, webinars, conferences gekopp an other AATI-related events. Organizes meeting and takes meeting minutes.
High school diploma or equivalency and four years experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to four years.
