your specific responsibilities- organize and maintain records, filing systems, and inventory through the use of the electronic document management system (edms) and/or other department tracking and data management systems. Perform billing in accordance with established procedures.
- obtain quotes for purchasing items and make purchases using p-cards and other payment methods. Process and prepare invoices.
- file general office material and maintain office records.
- assist with scheduling meetings and processing office documentation as necessary.
