ResponsibilitiesThe College of Criminology and Criminal Justice has an available Part-time OPS Administrative Assistant position in the Dean's office. Provides administrative support in the dean's office. Maintain files, enter data in Excel, assist with creating materials for publication, maintain copiers, mail room, conference room scheduling, research and gather information for various reports as needed. Ability to run errands on campus if needed.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

The expected salary is $17 per hour

-10:00 am and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Tuesday: 12:45 pm - 5:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:00 am
-10:00 am and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Thursday: 12:45 pm - 5:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am
-10:00 am and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
