Working Title:
OPS STAFF ASSISTANT -
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to prepare outgoing correspondence; prepare various documents for records archive; retrieve voicemails and log into tracking system; and other tasks. It is a responsible position and requires general office knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office software.

Tasks- 50% Prepare outgoing correspondence: courtesy letters, commemoratives and certificates
- 30% Prepare / scan various documents for records retention
- 10% Log Voicemail into tracking system
- 5% Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, skills and abilities include utilization of office equipment and software and good communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
This position is for 24 hours a week at $16.50 hourly.
