• Process manufacturer warranty claims and ensure proper documentation and submission
• Review and verify repair orders, ensuring all necessary information and signatures are included
• Maintain accurate records of all claims, payments, and adjustments
• Communicate with manufacturers and service advisors to resolve claim discrepancies
• Track claim statuses, follow up on unpaid claims, and reconcile warranty schedules
• Support the service department with administrative tasks as needed

• Experience in automotive warranty processing or dealership administration
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with dealership management systems
