About Shares ServicesShared Services Accounting handles the accounting functions for all Gray‑owned and operated TV stations.
Job Summary /DescriptionThe Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for processing Accounts Payable invoices and payments for a group of TV stations.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Scanning invoices into our automated Accounts Payable system
- Keying vendor invoice detail into the system
- Reviewing and reconciling vendor and invoice detail
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Processing and disbursement of payments
- Working with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies
- Responsible for individual assigned stations of your own
- Backing up other AP team members' stations
- Must have previous Accounts Payable experience, strong computer skills, proficiency in Excel, a working knowledge of accounting functions, excellent organization skills, the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
