Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Osprey, Florida. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about managing financial operations with accuracy and integrity. As part of a close-knit team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's financial health and supporting its continued growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.

- Prepare financial reports and compile accurate data for the company's tax accountant.

- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

- Utilize ERP software to track and organize financial transactions.

- Collaborate closely with the company's owner to address financial matters and ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the accuracy of all financial information.

- Support the company's operational workflow by overseeing financial processes related to product orders and sales.

- Work independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines without a rigid schedule.

- Provide trustworthy and honest financial management for the business.

- Adapt to the needs of a family-owned environment, contributing to the team's success.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping or a similar role.

- Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

- Experience with Accounting software is required.

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Trustworthy and reliable, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

- Comfortable working in a laid-back yet highly organized environment.
