• Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs
• Write code adhering to coding standards and perform code reviews
• Participate in all aspects of the application integration build process, from idea generation to execution
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in sprint planning and execution
• Monitor work against production schedules and report technical difficulties to lead developers

• Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual/access requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or Java Script
• Understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, and JSON

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with Workday integration tools and functionalities
• Familiarity with Informatica Power Center and Dell Boomi for data integration
• Knowledge of security concepts related to Workday integrations
• Experience with Groovy scripting and Java programming
