As a Security Officer - Residential Access Specialist in Palm City, FL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in residential settings. You will monitor, patrol, and control access to the residential community to deter incidents and provide a welcoming presence.

• Schedule: Mon 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  Tue 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  Wed 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  Thu 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  Sun 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations.
• Verify credentials and grant entry to authorized individuals.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and following protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and report irregularities.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns to management or law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of activities, incidents, and access control operations.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and property management to address concerns and provide information.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as required by law.
• Subject to drug screen as permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
• License requirements subject to state/local laws.
