- 5 - 7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management
- 3 - 5 years in Lean/Six Sigma
- 3 - 5 years in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
- 3 - 5 years of experience with IVR or chatbot technologies
- Certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Framework Group (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
