• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, providing clear documentation and status updates

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology​li>
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
• Certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
