Job Overview

VNA is a 50‑year‑old home health agency located in Palm City. We are growing and actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for a daily shift from 12pm to 9pm.

As an RN, you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to implement services that meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments, determining patient home‑care needs, and assisting in developing and implementing that plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida’s case‑management model.

• Trach/Vent and GT – MUST have experience
• Active Registered Nurse license required
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience
• Home Health/HCHB experience a plus
