Security Officer - Unarmed Perimeter Walker

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and/or petrochemical location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations through established channels.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.;
Control access at designated entry points by verifying authorization, directing traffic and/or deliveries, and documenting visitor and contractor activity per site requirements.;
Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts, and support audits, drills, and other compliance-related tasks as assigned.
