We are partnering with a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturer to hire a Site Quality Specialist. In this role, you will support regulatory and quality operations on-site, ensuring compliance with GMP standards while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Support regulatory and quality activities related to site operations in a GMP environment
- Initiate, review, and approve change requests, deviations, and CAPAs
- Review and approve incoming raw material documentation, LIMS specifications, and Certificates of Analysis
- Review GMP batch records, packaging protocols, clinical labeling records, and analytical documentation (methods, protocols, reports)
- Participate in internal audits as a scribe and document reviewer
- Provide GMP consultation to project teams and departments
- Serve as backup to the QA Manager as needed
- BS degree in Science or Engineering
- ~5 years of experience in Quality, R&D, or Analytical within a GMP facility
- Hands-on experience with GMP procedures, SOPs, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
- LIMS experience
- Background in cosmetics or skincare manufacturing
- Knowledge of Regulatory/OTC requirements
