Overview

Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. We offer primary and urgent care, designed with pets and people in mind: warm, friendly, and highly sniffable. We balance this design with a strong focus on technology, all built in-house to innovate our systems and improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience.

We are veterinary-led at every level and sustainability is our priority — we take care of our vets so you can take care of the pets you see every day. You’ll have supportive staff both in the clinic and remotely to assist with callbacks, scribing, and patient care. We are currently offering full-time opportunities with up to 16 shifts per 4-week period, as well as part-time positions across our clinics. Scheduling is flexible and based on clinic needs.

• Provide veterinary medical care with autonomy in clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with remote and in-clinic staff for callbacks, scribing, and patient care support.
• Engage with mentorship and growth opportunities, including leadership paths aligned with experience.
• Participate in ongoing CE, including dental, ultrasound and urgent care training during the first year.

• Personalized training and mentorship plans for vets post-internship or at any career stage.
• Board-certified specialists available for case expertise.

• Support near and far with a remote team of nurses to assist with client needs and day-to-day tasks.

• Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent).
• State licensure in good standing or eligibility for licensure; includes all states for clinics worked.

Pay Range: $150,000-$180,000 annually. Exact salary depends on position, location, and experience.
