Position: RN Unit Manager — Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. On-call one weekend per month.
Compensation: $79,000–$125,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned unit.
- Oversee resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning possible for the assigned unit.
- Ensure complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow-up as necessary to the Administrator and Director of Nursing.
- Actively participate in committee/programs as directed by the Director of Nursing.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice in this state.
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of nursing experience required; three (3) or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital, or other related health care setting.
