Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot large manual production machinery at our client's manufacturing site.

*** 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2PM - 10PM ***

The individual will utilize their technical skills to interpret blueprints and drawings while ensuring machinery operates correctly by working with PLCs and frequency drives.

• Maintains and troubleshoots large manual production machinery at a manufacturing site.
• Performs all machinery repairs, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding work.
• Ensures proper machine maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Diagnoses and resolves issues with PLCs and frequency drives across Allen‑Bradley, Micro Logix, Siemens, and Control Techniques platforms.
• Ability to read Mechanical/Electrical prints.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities, maintain daily log and PM records.
• Seeks ways to enhance quality and consistently checks own work for accuracy.
• Consistently meets productivity goals and works to improve results.
• Encourages all safety policies and procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid work ethic, and a positive attitude.
• Takes responsibility for personal actions and performance.
• Able to work overtime if needed.

for full-time employment include 10 paid Holidays, and 10 PTO days, prorated based on hire date within the calendar year. Also included:
