Portfolio Retention Manager - develop and execute strategies to keep existing clients / assets within the company's portfolio, focusing on analyzing customer data for runoff n risks, and improving satisfaction through targeted marketing, service improvements, and proactive problem-solving, often working across marketing, sales, and service teams to ensure client retention and minimization of portfolio runoff.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development:
Create campaigns, marketing materials, and communication workflows (like emails) to engage clients. - Data Analysis:
Track campaign performance, analyze customer trends, and use predictive analytics to identify at-risk accounts. - Collaboration:
Work with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) for project execution and reporting. - Client Relationship Manager:
Manage the portfolio, ensuring high service levels and addressing issues before they elevate. - Process Improvement:
Champion initiatives to enhance retention and operational efficiency.
- Based in New Jersey
- NMLS licenses in all 50 states (or the ability to attain)
