Overview
Clausen Miller PC seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of New Jersey litigation experience in first-party property and liability coverage
. The associate attorney would work underneath a Senior Partner on each case assigned.
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses
- Assisting with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents
- Performing legal research
- Making court appearances
- Must be licensed in New Jersey
. - Candidates should have excellent academic background plus reading, writing, communication and attention to detail skills.
- Hybrid schedule is acceptable.
Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, CLEs, registration fees, etc. and the salary range is $105k-$115k. Hybrid schedule is acceptable.
