We're seeking an associate attorney experience in defending medical malpractice claims for our Litigation Practice Group.
Responsibilities- Represent clients in court and at mediation
- Develop and execute legal strategies
- Conduct thorough factual and legal research and analysis
- Manage matters from commencement to final resolution
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in all aspects of trial advocacy (depositions, motions, etc.)
