Technical Writer

Position will work directly with three internal stakeholders to conduct interviews, gather insights, and develop a comprehensive manuscript documenting the use of an internally developed application.

The Technical Writer is responsible for translating a company-developed application into clear, accurate, and user-ready documentation, including a formal manuscript that captures functionality, workflows, and technical intent. The role partners closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, synthesize complex information, and produce well-structured, compliant documentation that supports internal understanding, external communication, and future scalability. In short, they turn "how it works into "anyone can understand it , without losing the technical truth.
