WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Build long-term relationships with finance and accounting professionals, acting as a trusted career counselor on a variety of important issues (job openings, hiring trends, career progression, resume writing, etc..)
  • Build close partnerships with corporate clients crafting strategies to attract top talent to their organizations.
  • Develop business opportunities with new clients leveraging the reputation and resources of a 55-year executive search firm.
  • Manage the interview process for candidates and clients alike from interview to offer stage.
  • Recruit and assess potential candidates connecting career-focuses professionals with great opportunities.
  • Conduct in-person, video, and phone meetings with corporate clients and candidates.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • 1 - 5 years of executive search or agency recruiting experience
  • Alternatively, 1 - 5 years of Finance or Accounting experience and an entrepreneurial fire; or 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • A passion for excellence
  • Great interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to adapt to competing and rapidly changing priorities
  • A Bachelor's Degree – Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, HR, or Sales
