Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance, IT, purchasing, and compliance functions. This role is designed for individuals transitioning from consulting or practice roles into a C‑Suite position, offering significant growth potential within our organization.

• Oversee all financial functions including Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, Insurance, Reporting, and Tax topics.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles and serve as the primary contact for financial performance.
• Direct oversight of IT teams, managing priorities, workload, and coordinating major projects.
• Oversee a small purchasing team, managing both operational and strategic purchasing tasks.
• Act as the local Compliance Officer, reporting into the Group Compliance structure.

• Solid background in Controlling, Accounting and Finance in addition to leadership and managing a team.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry or from a Big 7 firm at a Senior Manager level.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical and methodical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience providing reporting to a parent company internationally, preferred.

• Prior CFO experience is not required, but motivation to learn and grow into the role is essential.
• Empathy and patience in team management.
• Ability to bridge cultural differences and work in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency in English is required;
  German is strongly preferred, and Spanish is a plus.

The position is based at our USA HQ in Florham Park, NJ, with occasional travel. You will report to both the CEO in the US and the C‑Suite in Europe, interfacing with counterparts abroad. The role involves working within a lean structure, providing broad oversight across multiple functions.

This is a Permanent position based out of Florham Park, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $ – $/yr.
