Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified individual to assume the role of Tax Manager. This pivotal position involves overseeing comprehensive tax compliance and reporting at national, state, and local levels, ensuring adherence to all tax regulations. The successful candidate will manage international tax reporting as part of consolidated filings, oversee sales tax processes, and handle communications with tax authorities, including audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review invoices, manage exemption certificates, and oversee sales tax filings.
• Manage and resolve tax audits and inquiries effectively.
• Prepare and ensure compliance with federal and international tax filings.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
• Calculate quarterly tax estimates and manage tax payments.
• Support cross-border tax compliance and address employee travel issues.
• Conduct tax planning, M&A analysis, and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and document tax issues and legislative changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA license and/or a master's degree in taxation is required.
• 15+ years of experience in corporate tax compliance and reporting, including international tax matters.
• 5+ years of experience with tax compliance software.
• 10+ years of advanced experience with Excel.
