Position

An Advisor team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Senior Client Associate. The Senior Client Associate will work with our Rockefeller Global Family Office Team members and will interact directly with high‑net‑worth clients. The ideal candidate will be the face of the practice and is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem‑solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting senior advisors in preparing deliverables and participating in client meetings
  • Communicating with clients on both a scheduled and an ad hoc basis
  • Tracking client allocations and asset transfers in a software suite, while working closely with the Rockefeller Operations team
  • Ongoing coordination with clients’ CPAs and attorneys regarding balance sheet management
  • Working closely with both the Alternative Investment and Liquid Markets teams to coordinate current client portfolio matters
  • Executing the daily client operational tasks including account opening documents, check requests, journals, wires, and other custodial responsibilities
  • Providing top quality service to clients and completing administration of client accounts
  • Handling operational aspects of client accounts including reporting on account holdings and investment performance, posting daily cash activity, and entering trade instructions
  • Generating expense reports for submission using Concur
  • Processing new accounts and account maintenance, by obtaining all necessary approvals and ensuring all client documentation is returned, completed, and approved
  • Processing all client cashiering requests (money market redemptions, wires, checks, journals, check deposits, etc.)
  • Supporting marketing efforts by promoting client seminars and events
  • Offering administrative and office management support to the team
  • Preparing client correspondence, obtaining necessary management approvals, and transmitting
  • Reviewing daily activity and reconciling current client activity, funds transfers and previous day’s activity and trades against various clearing firm systems to ensure accuracy
  • Overseeing client insurance and annuities processes
  • Assisting in preparation of key documents, PowerPoint presentations and reports for client meetings
  • Attending client meetings as necessary and presenting client performance
  • Completing necessary filing and maintaining client files
  • Attending compliance and continuing education training sessions as required by regulatory agencies and the firm
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, working within an RIA in a client service or operational capacity is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, with a business/finance focus preferred
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Compensation Range
