The Cost Analyst will be responsible for reviewing company expenses, invoices, and departmental spending to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide actionable insights to management.

This role will require the Candidate to be onsite 5 days a week.

• Analyze costs across departments to identify trends and variances.
• Review invoices, bills, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with department heads to recommend cost-saving measures.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
• Monitor and track cost reduction initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field OR equivalent work experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly.

In alignment with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $63,000 to $86,000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience and qualifications.
