- Responsible for providing in‑depth subject‑matter expertise and support to 3(16) and TPA providers, clients, and internal partners.
- Partner closely with 3(16)/TPA providers to drive resolution on issues related to 3(16)/TPA services, Form 5500 preparation and filing, billing, plan document amendments, and year‑end testing.
- The role may involve project‑oriented assignments and typically maintains deep subject‑matter expertise in Retirement Services to enable research and resolution of client issues across one or more products or platforms

- 1 year of directly related experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to learn proprietary system tools such as Gateway, Omni, Power Image, and CEH.
A college degree pivotal but not required. Other acceptable experiences include:
- Experience noted above, or
- Military service—valuing the discipline, commitment, and problem‑solving abilities veteran bring.
- Knowledge of defined‑contribution industry and an understanding of ERISA and IRS regulations regarding qualified plans.
- ASPPA (QKA) certification.
- Client service experience preferred.
Base salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Compensation for this role is USD $47,400.00 – $96,300.00 per year. Additional rewards may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
- Actual compensation will comply with applicable minimum wage and exempt salary requirements under federal, state, and local law.
