Transportation Coordinator

• The Transportation Coordinator supports QVC by coordinating inbound and outbound load plans and ensuring efficient transportation operations.

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Florence, SC fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

• Schedule:
  
  Wednesday - Saturday 7am - 5:45pm

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound load plans to support efficient trailer movement across the site
• Communicate equipment needs and trailer movements with yard drivers and internal departments
• Monitor cube use, manifest accuracy, and system data to ensure compliant and cost‑effective shipping
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly transportation reports covering service performance and shipment activity
• Troubleshoot transportation issues, identify trends, and partner with teams to resolve problems

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–3 years of experience in a transportation or logistics‑related role
• Working knowledge of transportation systems and tools (YMS, TMS, WMS, Scan Data) and proficiency with standard computer applications
• Work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Partner with drivers and other departments
