Facilities Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the maintenance and safety of commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Facilities Maintenance Technician

$29/hr. (negotiable)

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems.
• Monitor and calibrate HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Record readings, make adjustments, and ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety procedures and hazardous materials policies.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
