• Perform water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration services.
• Assess damage and develop effective mitigation plans for clients.
• Utilize specialized equipment for drying, dehumidifying, and sanitizing affected areas.
• Document the restoration process and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the restoration process.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all operations.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements.
• Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
• Knowledge of water and fire damage restoration techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
