Responsibilities
  • Have a passion for and experience with fresh food.

  • Ensure high‑quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café.
  • Maintain shelves, temperature control, expiry dates and disposal of lower‑quality products.
  • Packing ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
  • Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
What You’ll Do
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Prepare food according to item specifications and plan future productions.
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
  • Drive performance of the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date‑control standards, and eliminating waste.
  • Provide member service by recognizing and responding to member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving member issues.
  • Develop, influence, and inspire respect, support and teamwork.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources and communicate progress and information.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Successfully complete all required training and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Food Service experience.
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
