- Maintain shelves, temperature control, expiry dates and disposal of lower‑quality products.
- Packing ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
- Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Prepare food according to item specifications and plan future productions.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
- Drive performance of the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date‑control standards, and eliminating waste.
- Provide member service by recognizing and responding to member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving member issues.
- Develop, influence, and inspire respect, support and teamwork.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources and communicate progress and information.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully complete all required training and assessments.
- Food Service experience.
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
