Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. The role may require standing for long periods of time.

Compensation: $14.00/hr – $27.00/hr
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
